I am passionate about creating opportunities to spread the word about health and nutrition. No one should have to give up authentic ethnic food they grew up with because they have a chronic illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure or obesity. In fact, there’s evidence authentic ethnic food is healthier than the standard American diet.
My Methods
Everyone is an individual. And when it comes to nutrition and health there is no “One-Size-Fits-All.” Small gradual changes work best. My mantra is “Progress Not Perfection.” Together we will set nutrition goals to improve your health that are reasonable and attainable.
